Welcome to the official page of the Arizona State Legislative Chaplaincy. Our mission is to provide spiritual and emotional support to individuals involved in the Government of Arizona. The Chaplaincy is a nonprofit organization founded in 1999 by Chaplain Donna Kafer. Your support of the Chaplaincy is greatly appreciated.

Donna Kafer has served as the Chaplain of the Arizona State Legislature since 2001. Join Donna at the Capital Prayer Luncheon that meets every Wednesday at noon in the Grand Canyon Room, located in the basement of the Executive Tower of the Arizona State Capitol.
